Frequently asked questions
What does the “In stock” badge mean?
The item is with us in Belgium: we pack and ship your parcel promptly.
What does the “Pre-order” badge mean?
The item has not been released yet. Its release date is set by the publisher and we will receive it then. These references are shown for information; we will open reservations as releases approach.
And an item with no badge?
It is available on order: it is not in our stock, but our supplier has it. You order it as usual: we place our order as soon as we receive yours, and ship it to you as soon as the goods reach us. The “How your order works” box on the product page says the same.
When does my parcel ship?
If the item is in stock, we ship it shortly after your order. If it is on order, we order it from our supplier straight away and ship it shortly after it reaches us. You are kept informed at every step: order confirmation, arrival of the goods, then dispatch with your tracking number.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
We commit to the dispatch time — when your parcel leaves us. Transit time then depends on the carrier and is outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Your tracking number lets you follow the parcel in real time.
Why not keep everything in stock?
Japanese displays are expensive and released in limited quantities. Rather than tying up cash in references that would sit on a shelf, we prefer to order them for you. That is what lets us offer a wide catalogue at contained prices.
What if the item becomes unavailable at the supplier?
We tell you personally and refund you in full, without you having to ask. We can also suggest an equivalent alternative if you wish.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. The terms and time limits are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
I am looking for something not in the catalogue.
That is exactly what we enjoy doing. Use our request form: tell us what you are looking for and we come back with a price and a lead time.
